Shalom aleichem, my name is Rabbi Yehoshua Krakowski and I am looking forward to working with you or your loved ones in expanding your knowledge and raising your level of Torah study. I live in Israel (Beitar) and was born and raised in Toronto. I have been learning full time in Israel for many years at such fine institiutions as Ohr Somayach, Machon Shlomo, Ateres Yisrael, and finally Bircas Mordechai where I have been learning for the past 11 years under the guidance of HaGaon Rav Yakov Friedman Shlita, and in the mornings I tutor in Ohr Somayach. (I also received a BA with honours from the University of British Columbia on full academic scholarship.)
With gratitude to Beth Shifra for their support and publicity, I am trying to keep the cost of tutoring at a below-market price so that it will be accessible to any Jew interested.
The price is currently as follows: $15/ half-hour $25/hour
Since I already have a full schedule, (and due to differences in time zones) there are obviously limited slots available, so we will do our best to accommodate, but applicants will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
A special complimentary session is offered to all those who donate $36 to Beth Shifra, time permitting.
I look forward to learning and growing together.
Chag kasher vesameach.
